Exercise = Better Sleep

Sleep  New research from the National Sleep foundation finds that just ten-minutes of exercise per day would make a difference in the duration and quality of a person’s sleep. For the study one-thousand people were surveyed via telephone and more than 75-percent of those who identified themselves as exercisers said they slept well, compared with just over half of people who did no exercise. Very active people reported fewer sleep problems, fell asleep faster, and needed less sleep per night to function at their best during the day. The survey also found that sitting more than eight hours daily had a negtive impact on sleep. (Fox News)
